We have a 7-day return policy for online purchases, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return if you purchased online.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns Method
In-Store Returns: If you purchased online, we offer free returns at our physical store.
Mail Returns: Returns by mail cost incurred by you shall be refunded by us only to a maximum of C$20. In other words you are only eligible to receive return value to a maximum of C$20. Any cost in excess of that will be borne by you. Evidence of return cost (shipping cost) should be included in the return package.
Please note that the maximum return value shall be credited to you by way of store credit which you can use to purchase at our store at any time in the future. It does not have expiry date.
Final Sale Items (Not Eligible for Returns, Exchanges or Price Adjustments):
Occasion wears (must have the “Thank you” tag attached) , shapewear, earrings, purses, footwear and other accessories and Items purchased at a 40% discount, or more, are FINAL SALE and are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns, exchanges, or price adjustments.
Refunds:
Upon receipt and approval of your return, we will refund the merchandise cost plus applicable taxes to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Process (By Mail):
1. To start a return, you can contact us at nessa2will@gmail.com and provide reason for the return.
2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Make sure to pack the order securely. For your convenience, we ship using resealable packages.
4. A store credit shall be credited to your account for the cost of the mail return
Return Process (In Store - Free):
Returns can be made at our store at St. Vital Centre, Winnipeg, Manitoba at no extra cost.
Please note: A packing slip is not required for in-store returns. Simply provide your order number
In-Store Purchases & Returns
Return Eligibility:
Items, (excluding those sold on a discount at above 10% or final sale or exchange-only items) can be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached) within 3 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

Returns are accepted at St. Vital Centre (beside Hudson Bay), Winnipeg, Manitoba
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
