We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns Method

In-Store Returns: We offer free returns at our store.

Mail Returns: A flat fee of $10.00 will be deducted from your refund.

Final Sale Items (Not Eligible for Returns, Exchanges or Price Adjustments):

Occasion wears (must have the “Thank you” tag attached) , shapewear, earrings, purses, footwear and other accessories and Items purchased at a 50% discount, or more, are FINAL SALE and are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns, exchanges, or price adjustments.

Refunds:
Upon receipt and approval of your return, we will refund the merchandise cost plus applicable taxes to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Process (By Mail - $10.00 Fee Plus Tax):

1. To start a return, you can contact us at nessa2will@gmail.com and provide reason for the return.

2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Make sure to pack the order securely. For your convenience, we ship using resealable packages.

4. A flat fee of $10.00 plus tax will be deducted from your refund.

Returns can be made at our store at St. Vital Centre (beside Hudson Bay), Winnipeg, Manitoba at no extra cost.
