We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns Method

In-Store Returns: We offer free returns at our store.

Mail Returns: A flat fee of $10.00 will be deducted from your refund.

Final Sale Items (Not Eligible for Returns, Exchanges or Price Adjustments):

Occasion wears (must have the “Thank you” tag attached) , shapewear, earrings, purses, footwear and other accessories and Items purchased at a 50% discount, or more, are FINAL SALE and are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns, exchanges, or price adjustments.

Refunds:
Upon receipt and approval of your return, we will refund the merchandise cost plus applicable taxes to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Process (By Mail - $10.00 Fee Plus Tax):

1. To start a return, you can contact us at nessa2will@gmail.com and provide reason for the return.

2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Make sure to pack the order securely. For your convenience, we ship using resealable packages. 

4. A flat fee of $10.00 plus tax will be deducted from your refund.

Returns can be made at any of our store at St. Vital Centre (beside Hudson Bay), Winnipeg, Manitoba at no extra cost. 

*Please note: A packing slip is not required for in-store returns. Simply provide your order number

Refunds:
Returns meeting the criteria will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 14 days of purchase upon presenting a valid receipt. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@nessa-will.com

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
